By boking any of my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions

• All services are carried out at my workshop in Swanscombe Kent.

• By booking with Morris car care, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlining below

• A deposit may be required to secure selected bookings

• Late arrivals may affect appointment times

• Customers must declare known damage or faults before work begins and remove valuables from the vehicle.

• Additional charges may apply for heavy soiling, excessive pet hair, mould biohazard or neglected vehicle’s

• Morris Car Care does not carry out MOT tests.

• Pre-MOT checks are visual inspection only and do not guarantee an MOT pass.

• Additional faults identified during servicing will be reported before further work is carried out.

• Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Morris Car Care reserves the right to retain vehicles until payment is made in full.

• All prices shown are starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition and additional work required.

• All maintenance and servicing prices are labour only unless clearly stated otherwise.

• Parts, Oil, filters and consumables are not included unless agreed beforehand.

• Customers may supply their own parts or Morris car care can source and order parts on the customer’s behalf.

• All additional costs will be confirmed before work begins.

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations.

• Failure to provide notice may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

• While every effects is made to achieve the best possible results, some stains, scratches, swirl marks or defects may be permanent.

• Machine polishing improves appearance but cannot guarantee complete defect removal.

• Morris car care is not liable for pre-existing damage, undeclared faults, customer-supplied parts failures or unrelated mechanical failures

• No responsibility is accepted for belongings left inside vehicle.

• Morris car care reserves the right to refuse or stop work where conditions are unsafe, vehicles are excessively contaminated or inappropriate behaviour is received.
